  1. My wife and I like to take a trip to Women and Children First to browse books, maybe stop into Alley Cat Comics because we're geeks, and browsing art in any of the amazing galleries along Clark, before dinner at Lady Gregory's (we always end with Irish coffee and an order of sticky toffee pudding) before walking down Berwyn for coffee at Kitchen Sink.

  2. Also, just liked Tulip on fb. If I'd known they had one I'd have done it looooong ago.

  3. Hey, folks - we can't draw your name if you comment as "unknown." We need at least a first name, last initial or some other username to identify you with. Thanks!

  4. Dinner around the fire at Lady Gregory's, a walk around the neighborhood to look at the lights (since it is christmas season after all) and a late night drink at Joie De Vine

  5. Dinner at Acre, including some nice cocktails, then browsing around Presence, since I know my girl loves the store, and finally a closing drink at T's to end the night.

  6. I'd greet my date with flowers from Marguerite Gardens, and then we'd grab dinner at Ombra. We'd then peruse some of the local galleries (Las Manos, SHE Art), and stop for a nightcap at Marty's.

  7. I just liked Tulip on Facebook.

  8. dinner at Great Lake, dessert at First Slice, drinks at Hopleaf

  9. This is for Margaret Lind Davis, who commented on Facebook: We would have dinner at Vincent after wandering around the shops. I like Roost, the new City Olive, Galleria, and the many furniture and home accessory stores. Afterward, a martini at Marty's.

  10. This is my first visit to your blog! But I admire the precious time and effort you put into it,especially into interesting articles you share here. Thankyou very much and keep up the good work.
